What is your Turnaround time?

I generally get to your listing within 24 hours, depending on shoot complexity and add-ons like virtual staging, twilight requests, inclement weather and Video Processing. It then takes 24 hours to process and deliver your media.

Is the Showcase package eligible for Zillow Showcase?

Yes! If you're a Zillow Showcase subscriber, this media package meets all qualifications for enhanced listing exposure through Zillow’s platform. Ask us if you’re unsure about your eligibility.

Can I schedule same-day or next-day appointments?

Absolutely — if the schedule allows. We recommend booking 48 hours in advance, but we do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Will the photos be MLS-ready?

Yes. Through my delivery website, you’ll receive MLS-optimized images with two clicks along with full-resolution files for print, social, and marketing.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

It’s up to you. Most agents give us a lockbox code or meet us briefly at the start. We’ll handle the rest and text you when we’re done.

How long does the shoot take?

Most Showcase Package shoots take 60–90 minutes depending on property size and weather conditions for drone work.
